Running a business from an apartment creates its own set of challenges. With no room for a separate office we made the decision to combine a workstation with an entertainment unit. Heavilly featured slab Blackbutt was used as a contrast to what can be a “cookie cutter” apartment fitout and the clients favourite Japanese patterns were reinterpreted to form a screened charging station under the workstation bench.
