Lounge rooms are great fun. The brief for this was simple. Somewhere for a record player, lots of record storage and somewhere to put the things that make you happy.
We opted for sliding plasma cut steel plate so the records remained visible matched to steel rods holding suspended shelves and a steel planter to take advantage of the natural light.
Lighting plays a big part in setting the mood and bluetooth controlled lighting through the shelves allows the overhead lights to be turned down highlighting the collection of the things that make you happy.
