Media Cabinet Black Valchromat

Although we're seeing more and more sustainably grown hardwoods, we're always excited to find more sustainable materials to build with.

Valchromat is a manufactured board product similar to MDF or chipboard. It's made from forest waste, residue from timber mills, FSC certified pine and recycled pine. It's organically dyed in a wide range of colours and compressed into large sheets.

Designed in conjunction with DAVID BARR ARCHITECT this media cabinet is an exercise in minimalist design. It hides a large TV and provides a huge amount of storage.
